My computer guy (Tom Sparks) just came to my house to take care of some

computer issues for me.  I am telling you, after he leaves I feel like a whole

mountain has been lifted off my shoulders and I am a very happy computer user!

 I bought a new laptop with Windows 8.  It was a confusing nightmare.  He tweaked it and made it look like my Windows 7, but I still have access to the "new look" if I want to use it . He gave me a quick run through on this system, so now I understand it better.   Anyway, he cleaned everything up, as I had really messed things up trying to learn how to use it.  He installed an antivirus (free) and added some other free software to make my computer life easier. He also serviced my desktop computer.  The man is a genius (in my books), plus he is just really nice, does the work from my house, and VERY reasonable and fast...even while multi-tasking!   I can actually afford to have him come a couple of times a year if needed.  And, he is so patient and will explain things and answer any questions you have.  
 
If you are not a computer geek, or don't have a computer tech, I highly recommend the one I use.  Everyone I have put him in touch with and has used his services, is really pleased.  I would say to give him a try once and please tell him I made the recommendation.

Tom has been over to my house at least 5 times fixing various problems I have encountered with my computer. He has ALWAYS been able to fix whatever has been wrong promptly and efficiently.
